Several states have now regulated the sale of cannabis. The labeling, packaging, and product safety aspects of retail cannabis operations are very important. It is the responsibility of business owners and industry employees alike to uphold the cannabis regulations required by the state and implement them accordingly. In this course, we will be reviewing some of the language from state statutes as well as maintaining best business practices under state law.
